Troubleshooting

The overlay does not start

• Allow Display over other apps for Clash Caddie.
• Stop and restart the overlay from Settings.
• Remove battery restrictions or automatic sleeping for Clash Caddie.
• Restart the app after an Android system update.

The overlay disappears

Some devices stop background apps aggressively. Allow unrestricted battery use, keep Clash Caddie out of sleeping-app lists and start the overlay again.

The adjustment looks wrong

Confirm the active account, club level, selected club, wind, elevation, powerball and slider position.

The grid is not visible

• Confirm the overlay is running.
• Toggle the grid control on.
• For basic grids, verify at least one line is saved.
• For advanced grids, select a saved grid, enable it and resolve all editor validation errors.

An import failed

Make sure the selected file is the expected Clash Caddie account backup or advanced-grid text file. Account import and grid import use different actions.

A purchase is missing

Open Purchase / Restore with the original Google Play account. If the problem remains, keep the Google Play receipt available when contacting support.
